A: Michael, welcome to our office! When did you fly in?

B: I arrived last night. The flight was on time and I had a good night's rest.

A: That's great! Thank you for stopping by our office. Would you mind if I give you a quick tour? We can spend 2 hours going through some of your account details afterwards.

B: Sure, sounds good to me. Well, you have a beautiful office.

A: Thank you. We moved in last spring. We wanted an open space that gave our staff enough room to move around and feel creative.

A: So, this is where customer support is. We have 3 staff members during the day and another 3 who cover the night shift.

A: Oh, that's sales. We have 5 sales staff members but they are usually out and about having meetings. So that's why you only see 2 today.
